CyPlus® SLS - Solid to Liquid System

With the CyPlus® Solid to Liquid System (SLS), solid cyanide is filled into CyPlus® Solid to Liquid Containers and transported economically and safely to the customer site. At the customer, the container is connected to the CyPlus® Dissolution Station so that the solid cyanide can be dissolved. The concentration of the cyanide solution can be adjusted according to the individual requirements of the customer. The dissolution process is started by an operator and is running fully automated. During the dissolution process, the pre-defined volume of water is directed through the container. The generated cyanide solution is directly pumped into the storage tank and is ready to be used. Once the dissolution process is terminated, the complete CyPlus® Solid to Liquid System is automatically cleaned with water and then purged with air. As a result the piping is free of cyanide residue.

Deliveries in CyPlus® Solid to Liquid Containers are available in different sizes, filled with 1,000 kg to 20,000 kg solid cyanide.
